David Bradford is the Circuit Steward representing the congregations at Topsham, Temple and Exmouth. David is a retired Personnel Officer (Human Resources) who worked in Local Government for 32 years. David has been a local preacher for 41 years and was a boy and leader in the Boys’ Brigade for over 50 years. He still works part time as a driver picking up and returning learning disabled people from their homes to attend the Nichols Day centre in Exeter.
