Wayne has been a Methodist minister since 1997, serving in Birmingham and West Yorkshire. His move in 2018 saw him take pastoral charge of churches in Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lympstone.
He is keen on working with churches to get a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Christian in the Methodist church and how that is worked out in the community.
Wayne is married to Penny with two adult children. He enjoys walking, watching motor sport and making marshmallows.
